Browser

This web site has been optimised to work
with the latest available Web browsers in common usage around
the world. If you are having difficulty or the site "doesn't
look right", your first step should be to upgrade your browser.
Browsers with a version number less than 4.0 will be problematic
and in many cases will not display the site correctly. This
site also uses Macromedia flash inserts and for these to display
correctly I recommend you install the latest browser version.
I recommend using
the latest final (not "beta" or "preview") version
of Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer. You
should install the full release program,
and not a "minimal install" to ensure you get all the features
needed.
Usually
the default settings of your browser's Options or Preferences
will be correct. If something on the site "doesn't work"
or "doesn't look right," we recommend the following option
settings:
- Turn cache on. Enable
Java. Enable JavaScript.
- In Netscape Navigator,
set your proportional font to 12 point and your fixed
width to 10 point.
- In
Microsoft Internet Explorer, set font to medium.
- Windows
95 users should set the display font to "small fonts"
because "large fonts" will conflict with some browser
settings.
