Various hiking options are possible, ranging form easy day-hikes to a fairly demanding five-day route. The five-day trail has three alternative starting points with overnight huts at Ou Tol, Bothashoek (Ou Tol to Bothashoek: 4 hours) and Gouekrans (Bothashoek to Gouekrans: 4,5 hours): which has a panoramic view over the landscape dominated by Cape fold mountains. This trail leads hikers past rock formations, incredible views and unspoilt mountain fynbos.

Huts with bunks and mattresses, toilets and firewood. Parking at Ou Tol at owner’s risk. Map available form the Manager.
