Hiking Trail Description

Hiking; rock and surf angling; unspoiled beaches; shipwrecks. No limit on the number of people per group. It can be walked in either direction. Fresh water is available at organised camp spots only. Never cross streams on an outgoing tide (carry a tide table). Beware of sharks in murky water. Beware of sharks in murky water. If you are in doubt, walk upstream until you find a safer crossing point.

Amenities: None. Hikers may pitch their tents anywhere along the beach. There are two hotels and a campsite along the way, as well as bungalows at Kiwane.
